Wizards of Reddit, what is your ideal last meal before dying
Picture this, your date of banishment from the mortal realm has been dictated by the magical hourglass a few days from now. What plethora of dishes prepared by the all-knowing wizchef do you wish to taste before dying?
Is there nostalgia involved behind your list? Is there a story behind it? Or do you just want to gluttonously indulge on a taboo buffet of sorts? A wizard just like any other human wishes for closure, but can you express it through the itinerary you've selected?
LISTEN UP WIZARDS, WITCHES, AND CREATURES OF ALL KINDS
First of all, we appreciate the contributors here in this tower; old and new, wizard or non-wizard, who have been a part of this tower's growth. As a token of appreciation, us grandwizards are doing our best to make this space special and entertaining for fellow or aspiring wizards especially even if the majority of us grandwizards here do not have the powers of the diehard seers you see on more mainstream towers.
However lately, we have seen a lot of low quality posts that mainly just focus on "witch hate". It's becoming too repetitive or unironic while also derailing from this tower's intended concept of becoming wizard-themed. Calling witches out is one thing, but spamming the same ol' "THIS WITCH DOES SOMETHING STUPID [POST #45]" is losing the supposed ambiguity, satirity, irony, and genuinity spells of this tower and us wizards will pay the price in the long run.
If the post is more "cel" than "wizard", it most likely breaks RULE #7 as a low-effort post. Now, what counts as a "low-effort post"?
1. The usual witch hate posts - Although this tower is technically a "cel" space, we have a limit on what extremes of "cel" is allowed. "Witch hate" can tread the line between creative (wiz-themed) irony and blatant or unprompted misogyny. If the latter is observed, it will be removed since it technically breaks RULES #1 and #2.
2. Poor usage of wizspeech and not being wizard-themed - RULE #5 is the backbone of this tower where contributors must maintain a "wiz" persona while using wizspeech, wizjargons, or wizslangs at least to maintain this space's gimmick. Lazy word substitutions like only substituting "women" to "witches" while expressing your essay's worth of ideology counts as poor wizspeech.
3. Uncreative and no layers of irony - Do a spell check and if your post doesn't have the spells of ambiguity, satirity, irony, or (wiz) genuinity, then your post most likely isn't wiz-material enough.
On another note, if you have been banned from this tower mainly because of being detected as a witch, depending on your previous behavior and interactions, your chance of being unbanned isn't zero as long as you're respectable and you promise to not interact in this subreddit.
If you have any other suggestions for this tower's growth, please do not hesitate to express your thoughts! Again, we hope this tower thrives.
If you haven't observed, we also added more details on the rules so do read them if you haven't yet! (we have also abolished the "no teenagers" rule and those who act like kids will just be counted in the "no normies" rule)
The mundane life of wizardry can be monotonous, some may say even lonely. To distract yourself with such thoughts, watching hour long documentaries, guides, or rabbitholes on WizTube can be therapeutic and educational.
As for other wizards out there that insert WizTube into their relaxation routine, what content do you mainly watch that's usually longer than 20 minutes?
