Cancelled an Uber Eats order for a MacBook yesterday. Was told by support since they are already shopping “got there when I started the chat” I would receive a cancellation fee. I said okay cool now they are saying no refund since the shopper purchased the item already so now I am out of 2 thousand dollars and no MacBook support will just not help me what do I do about this. Purchased using Apple cash so no bank support either
