So me (F23) tested positive the first day I missed my period and I went in to abort the mission but they said my levels came back at 163 and ultra sound showed nothing

I took a blood test 2 days later and my hcg was 180. (Which is obviously bad) I’m currently about to take my state board and I need this dealt with soon. I don’t want to keep this and I have to go back for repeat lab work and ultrasound. I’m live in Fl so I have a 6 week cut off and right now I feel discouraged. I cannot keep this pregnancy! Anyone have similar experiences?
