8 days post op and im mostly back to normal. I can wear underwear just fine and shower normally. Underwear is still a little uncomfortable when walking but nothing major and I can deal with it fine. The biggest issue is not being able to masturbate is killing me. My stitches are still in but some look like they’re starting to dislodge from me, others look just as stuck in there as they were 8 days ago.

When can I start masturbating again, do the stitches affect that? What’s been your guys’ experiences with it?

The exposed glans are hypersensitive and it’s very hard to do anything. Currently I sit naked at home making sure my glans don’t touch anything. Lightly dabbing my penis head is fine and it can rest on my body for a little bit before it becomes uncomfortable. Any tips on how to get through the next stage? I really need it to start desensitising quickly.

I’m 18 and having my surgery (under general anaesthetic) because of phimosis on Sunday at 7:30am. I’m terrified. Being from England I’ve been on the NHS waiting list for a while but wasn’t expecting to have my surgery until November of this year but they had a cancellation on Sunday and asked if I wanted it. So I said yes.

My penis head is so so sensitive that I can’t stimulate it at all without my foreskin being there. I’m terrified of how sensitive my glans will feel. Furthermore I’m worried about how it will look. I want a high and tight style but I’m worried that the surgeon will just do whatever as I don’t want to have to have a revision done later, especially as I wouldn’t be able to afford that.

And finally I don’t want stitches on my cock.
