I have a dentist appointment in a couple weeks and I don't think my teeth look that bad, but I do have GERD and I get concerned about possible erosion from stomach acid?

I can't lie I haven't been as good about brushing my teeth as I used to be due to depression (I brush once a day, I try to brush twice a day but I get too nauseous in the mornings usually ) I do floss every couple days

Like I said I don't think they're terrible or anything but I do see a few spots that look iffy.

I am trying to change my diet to have less foods that cause heartburn to try and minimize the stomach acid stuff
