So I bought a used phone recently, and I ordered a sim router off Amazon and got it for next day delivery, but after trying for a bit I saw that it’s the same speed as my personal hotspot so I decided to go to return it, but I couldn’t open my account, I then saw a email notification that said my account has been closed and this decision isn’t changeable. Does anyone know why this happened? And I need to return this router which it’s not letting me 😭 it was about 220€ and I now can’t get my money back and am stuck with a router which isn’t even useful to me

For Amazon purchase over 90 Amazon usually dosent ask for proof but when the amount goes over 200 they demand a police report. So does anyone know some methods ? I may have about 2 refunds down on the account, but got a email about refund activity from Amazon, should I try or no for items low cost (under 100)
