Started tesamorelin this week, prescribed 1mg, 5-on/2-off.

First few nights I pinned 1mg around 9:30pm, usually 2–3 hrs after last meal and sleep around 10. Sleep duration was okay, but I kept waking hot, had vivid dreams, woke groggy, and my whoop recovery tanked to the lowest score in 3 years which is 30% (HRV down, RHR up, skin temp elevated).

Took 2 nights off and bounced back (usual recovery/sleep etc).

Then tried 0.5mg at 7pm (last meal ~4:45pm). Better than 1mg at 9:30, but still not great..

Anyone else get sleep/recovery issues from tesa? Did earlier evening dosing help, or did you need morning dosing? Are morning dosing effective/beneficial or is it a waste?
