Best AI for Real Research With Updated Data?

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if there’s any AI that is actually good for general research and uses real, updated data reliably.

A lot of models seem impressive at first, but when the topic depends on current information or factual accuracy, they become mediocre or start hallucinating.

Maybe the problem is also the way I write prompts. Is there a prompting method that forces the AI to prioritize real-time sources, citations, fact-checking, and updated information?

Right now I’ve tested tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, but I still feel like most of them struggle with trustworthy research unless I manually verify everything.

What AI tools or prompt techniques are you using for serious research?

How to Build Discipline and Overcome Procrastination (Looking for Advice & Book Recommendations)

Hello, I’d like to ask for advice on improving my discipline and reducing procrastination in a consistent, long-term way.

About a week ago, I decided to actively change some of my habits. I started pushing myself to do things I usually avoid, such as cleaning my house, going to the grocery store, and taking better care of my daily responsibilities. These may seem like small tasks, but for me they were often delayed or ignored.

I realized that a big part of my procrastination was linked to excessive use of video games and TV. Because of that, I created a simple rule: I only allow myself to use them after completing important tasks. This has helped a bit, but I still feel like I’m at the very beginning and don’t yet have strong discipline.

My main goal is to build consistency, not just short bursts of motivation. I want to become someone who follows through even when I don’t feel like it.

So I’d like to ask:

  • What practical strategies helped you actually reduce procrastination long-term?
  • How do you stay consistent when motivation disappears?
  • Are there systems, routines, or rules that made a real difference for you?

I’ve also started reading about self-improvement, so I’d really appreciate book recommendations — especially on discipline, habits, mindset, and even areas like money and investing, since I’m planning to start learning about that as well.

Any advice or personal experiences would be very helpful.

How to find the ideal sensitivity in CS2 (low sens, arm aim) + ADAD and pre-aim tips

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to fine-tune my sensitivity in CS2 and would like some more technical advice. I prefer lower sensitivity and mainly use arm aiming, but I still haven’t found the ideal balance between precision and consistency.

What I’ve noticed so far:

  • Low sens gives me better control for long flicks and micro-adjustments
  • But I sometimes struggle in fast or close-range situations

My questions:

  1. Is there a reliable method to find the ideal sensitivity (e.g., eDPI ranges, practical tests, aim maps)?
  2. How do you balance control vs speed when using low sens?
  3. Is it worth adjusting sensitivity depending on your role (rifler, entry, lurker)?

I’d also like specific tips on:

  • ADAD (counter-strafing): ideal timing, common mistakes, and how to practice effectively
  • Pre-aim: how to improve crosshair placement before engagements (angles, head level, game sense)

If you can recommend training maps, routines, or videos that genuinely helped you, I’d appreciate it.

Thanks.
