As the video shows when the door opens the flap opens but doesn't close automatically when I close it. We've been closing it manually as a workaround. I am guessing this puts additional unnecessary load in the compressor. Been hearing it louder recently.

How do you fix this? Turn the legs ?

I see these tunnels everywhere. In my garden beds, near my foundation. They are hollow, and if I stomp them they always come back.

Am I dealing with Rats or Voles, what's the best way to treat?
