Hi all,

I'm newly self-diagnosed autistic, and work in public services in the UK. My workplace has LED panel lights in the ceiling, the white sort that look like daylight, and I find them/ computer screen difficult when I'm working a long day. I've worn glasses since I was young - my most recent pair have anti-glare and transitions lenses. All singing, all dancing.

I'm now starting to wonder if there's anything I can try to help with light sensitivity. Maybe something with a tint that will clip on my glasses for the last part of my shift or when I'm finding it difficult. I already have a pink ColorVeil installed on my PC. Does anyone have any ideas?
