Hello po. First time ko lang po magpa-passport, and I want to cancel po yung appointment, since roughly 4-5 hrs po yung biyahe nung site sa amin. Per checking, may site po na medyo malapit sa lugar namin 2 hrs biyahe po, kaso no slot available po palagi, pero just this time may nakita po akong slot. Torn po ako huhu na no choice po kasi ako last time kaya nai-book ko po agad. Ang tanong ko po ay pwede pa po ba i-cancel yung appointment? Kung ica-cancel ko po, kailan po ako ulit pwede magpa-book ng appointment? Thank you po.
