Budget: preferably on the lower side, but still open depending on the setup and location

• In Melbourne for review

• Neat, respectful, and easy to live with

• Non-smoker

• Mindful of shared spaces and house rules

• Independent and low-maintenance

What I’m hoping to find:

• Furnished room

• Can use the kitchen (I cook)

• Safe and comfortable environment

• Accessible to public transport

• Ideally walking distance to Collins Street (ACT Review Centre) or within a short commute
