Resources to help me map out a small cut flower garden? (Or- How would you lay out these flowers?)

I'm in Zone 5b. I have a few years experience with landscaping flowerbeds and gardening in general.

But this year I have a 3x8 raised bed and five 24" wide planters that I'd like to use for a cut flower garden. (I also have space here and there in my existing flower beds.)

I'm having such a hard time finding resources that will show me how to map this space out specifically for a cut flower garden. Does anyone have resources that can help?

I want to balance cost with impact- I'm fine spending more if it gives me a jumpstart, but I'm also ok using the seeds I have on hand if it'll only take a couple weeks longer to get blooms.

I have a lot of dahlia tubers that I started inside. I'm not sure if I want to put those in my cut flower beds or space them out in my flower beds.

  • I have gladiolus bulbs and plan on planting them on a rolling schedule. (Where?)

  • I have 15 anemone corms that I woke up using the baggie method and are ready to be planted.

  • I know I want stock as well

  • I also have the following seeds on hand (I did not start any indoors):

    • Lupine
    • various poppies
    • calendula
    • zinnias
    • english daisy
    • cosmos
    • snapdragons
    • a random wildflower mix
