i‘m looking for resources to help with self-improvement — anything to do with defensiveness, empathy, lying, victimizing, allowing others to dominate conversations, anything common with npd or just maladaptive behaviors in general. it’s been a bit hard to find resources online so i just wonder what’s helped other narcissists to improve themselves? general advice helps too, anything does :)
