So, I’ve been on Zep for about 14 months. I’ve lost over 70 lbs and I feel great. I’m a wife and mom of 6 who works a fulltime job and has a side hustle. That has limited my time for exercise. So today I entertained the proposal of added NAD + with my doctor and my hubby was on the phone. After, he (my hubby) proceeded to ask when was I going to exercise instead of “taking all these supplements”. I don’t know how to feel about that. He stated that losing weight doesn’t make me healthier… mind you I’m a nurse… I told him all my numbers are in order and asked what was he really trying to get at… he said if we’re ever in a life or death situation where we need to run or something of the equivalent I wouldn’t be able to.

He started this journey with me with phentermine and I persuaded him to do a month on Zep but he didn’t follow through because he had sulfur burps.

Honestly, I look and feel great. Could I stand to tone, yes but I’m really confused about where this came from. What do yall think?
