My mother is ill, I’m scared and lost.
As the title says, a few years back my mother started to become ill, and the doctors couldn’t identify it. I am 20f and my mother is 47f and our family has a history of health issues on my mother’s side. To this day every doctor she has gone to has been dodgy or unhelpful, but she has recently had a helpful dermatologist give her scans for red patches that have been slowly forming on her legs for years. They identified it as a form of necrosis, but she hasn’t told me much more than that. I feel it is to protect my feelings, but I know our family history on her side isn’t unfamiliar to death around 50-60. This has been getting worse over the years, and she doesn’t want more treatment because we have already spent over $8000 for nothing to really change. I’m so scared and I don’t wan’t anything to happen to my mom, I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do to help anymore? :(
