Currently staying with MIL until we can save up for our own place. I am 8 months pregnant. We were not living here when I first got pregnant.
We moved back in a few weeks ago, since then MIL keeps coming in our room in the middle of the night asking “are we okay??” She already threw my box of items on the ground since it wasn’t unpacked all over a few dishes in the sink.
Along with her making weird comments about my fiancée and I baby, such as “we’ll come up with a nickname for the baby and “so and so got US this for the baby” to my fiancée without me included.
The last time we stayed here was over a year ago, and it was horrible. I honestly didn’t want to come back here but didn’t really have an option as I’m due soon. I feel like I’m not going to be able to stay here and need to leave. Her comments and behavior is worrying to me. She treats her son almost like he’s a partner.
