My husband didn’t get me anything for Mother’s Day. A half hug. No kiss this morning. And he slept in and took an hour to get out of the bathroom. Mind you he also went out drinking with his buddies last night for 5 hours when he said 1-2. And when I said WTF ITS MOTHERS DAY stop treating me like shit. He goes you’re not my mom. It’s been one lousy morning if you ask me. I even cooked breakfast.

Am I in the wrong to want to punch him straight in the face?!! And kick him the F out. Mind you WE HAVE 4 CHILDREN.

I had 2 setons placed. My dr says one doesn’t need a fistulotomy. & It’s been causing a serious open wound from rubbing and she told me to cut it out. So my husband did this morning! My open wound already feels a little better without the tugging constantly. CRS said It’s Been 4 weeks and that the abscess has done a great job healing. I’m gonna be fine. I see her Wednesday to schedule the fistulotomy for the other one. Why am I so nervous?! 😩 has anyone else had a seton just for an abscess? I’m so confused

What is the reality of how much pain I’ll be in from a simple superficial fistulotmy ? I currently have 2 setons in and will be scheduling that in a couple weeks. wondering if I should wait until after summer? The setons are pretty unbearable as well so I’m lost right now.

I was hoping only 2-3 weeks of pain but I’m seeing on other threads up to 4 months of pain?! 😩

I have 4 kids and having to break it to them I won’t be able to do anything this summer is breaking my heart.

My CRS said she’s gonna just be cutting one of my setons out that won’t need surgery?! Anybody else have a similar situation? How’d the outcome go!

I will be scheduled a fistulotomy for my other seton then.
