2bhk: upto 26k pm
Deposit: max 2 months rent
Agreement period: preferably 22 months

Preferably unfurnished/ semi furnished. I have all the furnishings since current flat is unfurnished.
I am open to any location near Rahatani but I see that the rents are much higher in Wakad, Kalewadi. Would appreciate any leads. I plan to finalise within next 2 weeks and move by the 3rd week if possible.
