In early March I began to notice a little bit of soreness in my penis after being done peeing I didn't think much of it, however. Around I'd say a little over a week after that I noticed it got worse; there would be an almost burning kind of feeling while peeing and even like a burning feeling in my bladder when I had to go pee and my urethra would be sore in a few spots after peeing and even sometimes I'd feel like I had to go pee but I didn't, also when sitting down it would begin to feel uncomfortable in my bottom area. I thought it was maybe just a UTI, so I did a test for one, but it came back negative. I've had penile issues before, so I went back to my urologist, and he gave me some meds that would help to see if it was possibly related to my prostate but those didn't really work. That's where I'm at right now after doing a bunch of searching for all the symptoms, I have everything leads to the Pelvic Floor, which I never really considered because I've never had issues with it before. All my symptoms as of today are
Pain when urinating (leading to my urethra being sore afterwards)
Sometimes discomfort while sitting (and when I put pressure on my bottom, like when I'm standing up, I feel a deep almost... tight? kind of uncomfortable feeling?)
Whenever I go pee there's urinary hesitancy where it won't come out immediately and it takes a second.
Doesn't happen super often but sometimes the feeling of needing to pee when I don't
(Not a symptom but something I noticed) When I go pee first in the morning that pain isn't typically there, I'm assuming that would be because in the morning muscles aren't immediately active. Overall,
I began doing pelvic floor stretches to see if it would help but it hasn't seemed to do much for me. I don't really know what else to do, I don't want to overdo any stretching because that could just lead to irritating the muscles further. I go back to see my Urologist on the 11th, so I'll probably mention to him that I think its Pelvic floor related
