New to Wealthsimple and there was this bonus offer, up to 3%, that was supposed to be valid till 11 May.

I transferred the money in (actually completed) last week.

I'm looking around the app for the tile that I used to click on that had the calculations and it said "may take up to 72 hours to update". So I'm back to look 72 hours later to see if the bonus was awarded and the tile is gone. I can't find information on it anywhere.

Is this normal? I'm a little concerened that they aren't they going to honour their promise.

What's other people's experience with this?
