Hi all,

I'm commissioning a HID Signo 20 (model 20TKS-00-000000, FW 00900-S) on an iSTAR Ultra ACM1 controller running C•CURE 9000 all fresh installation. The reader is wired on RS-485 to Device Port 3 and configured as an OSDP reader in the software.

The reader is showing **CommFail** in the C•CURE in the ACM1 status for RS485 despite the wiring being verified.

Reader/system details:

- Reader: HID Signo 20 (20TKS), FW 00900-S

- Controller: iSTAR Ultra ACM1

- Software: C•CURE 9000

- Connection: RS-485 Half Duplex (OSDP)

- OSDP Address in C•CURE: 0

- OSDP Spec: V2

I cant get to make the status normal, wiring is done properly. I dont know if thre is something I am to do on the HID Signo 20 card reader

Any help appreciated.
