Mole shot out foreign corpse after manipulation, what could this be?

Sorry the medical terms are probably bad, english is not my forst language.

I have a mole in my back that has been here since I'm young. I did a cancer screening a few months prior, and nothing was deemed necessary on my body (I have a LOT of moles)

Recently (1 week), this one on my back has been a bit bothering me, being stingy at times when touching a surface (a.k.a sitting against a chair). Today, I manipulated it a bit too much, and it sort of busted. What is left is a mole that bled a lot but stabilized very quickly, is half the size it was before, no more pain when in contact with objects, and this little guy that.

Knowing that I also seem to have two hairs growing on this mole, what the hell is this?

I already took a meeting with a dermatologist, and I secured the foreign object in-between two sheets of toilet paper, in a box, and to my fridge.

Photo 1&2 is the foreign object, 3 is aftermath, 4 is beforehand
