Brand ghosting warranty; Amazon opened a ticket but I'm worried. Anyone have experience like this?
I have given them screenshots of emails where the brand didn't reply for more than 3 days. So they said I need to wait 8 days as they have created a ticket. Has anyone dealt with this before?
For more context: I have visited the service center multiple times and they said the product is fine, etc., but they are not ready to send an email confirming the same. The product is defective; it's not working as expected.
