i’ve created 2 tickets and both got “solved”. my first ticket immediately got solved and disabled my account fully. when i try to log in, it doesn’t even let me anymore. i then filed another ticket and got an automatic reply from clyde sayinf “if you are experiencing issues with the verification methods..” mind you i can’t access anything now. i replied to them as well but it got solved so i don’t even know if anyone will see it. i now created another ticket saying “i cannot access my account for age verification. could you please tell me where i can verify my age”. AND IT AGAIN GOT SOLVED IMMEDIATELY AND THE SAME AUTOMATIC REPLY FROM CLYDE

did anyone have the same problem and can tell me how they solved it?

i think i’m lowkey cooked now if cambridge decides to base our grade on only the second component. i suck at statistics really bad and it’s so confusing to me. i was relying on a very high grade from pure and then a meh grade from statistics. can anyone who is really good at statistics give me advice? literally anything is appreciated, whether it’s how to study or how to understand questions. thank you so much
