After earnings report of nVIDIA and Walmart on 20th and 22nd, what's next?

I am wondering if TQQQ is truly just a bull-only tool (9SIG, Buy the dip and Swing) or is viable to buy&hold/DCA

People should not be afraid of QQQ/NASDAQ100 being at ATH as it only goes higher with time, but when is it fine to stop, put aside upcoming retirement or emotional profit selling?
