M27 History of severe shedding

Recent history of high grade fever 3 times in two months. I suddenly developed allergy to banana due to histamine intolerance. Before that I had dengue. This all happened 3-4 months ago. Has lost ground from everywhere suddenly. Developed patchy beard too. Eye brow thinning too. My derma told to wait for 4 months before to start minoxidal and finasteride. Now sheddieg reaminhas stopped but damage is done. My hairline has remaine same since 10 years.

Thick hair coming out of roots noticed since 20 days. Sudden hair thinning from past 20 days. Been using RCP treatment hairfall has stopped but can pluck out thick hair mainly at the frontal hairline. Had severe fever past 3 months with dengue.Should I start minoxidal+ finasteride.
