Hi!
I've had this lump on the inside of my upper lip for about 4 months. 1,5 months ago I went to a primary care physician who said it appears to be a mucocele. Today I was at a dentist to have a second look at it since it has not improved nor gotten worse since, this time by a dentist. My dentist was very unsure of what it could be, she said it could be a blocked salivary gland but that there's quite a high risk that it could be cancer and now I'm waiting what might be months for a referral. I know mucocele almost exclusively show up on the upper lip so I'm unbelievably worried it's cancer.

Symptoms
-It's apparently about 3-5mm in size, feels like a slightly larger grain of rice that is stuck
-feels a little hard but not much
-the doctor was very unsure if the lump could move under the skin or not, I feel like it can but it's so hard to tell.
-no pain at all.
-I have not noticed it getting any bigger (or smaller) since 1,5 months ago when i visited my primary care doctor
-No bleeding or soreness
-If I squeeze it a milky white sticky liquid comes out in very very small amounts

I have included pictures if any dentist could take a look. I'm scared out of my mind of what this could be.
Thank you so, so much in advance!
