Nausea at night

I’m F 22, I’ve had emetophobia since I was 7. Every night since I developed the phobia I’ve felt sick at bedtime. I have only ever been sick during the night which doesn’t help. I recently had a really bad reaction to a medication which unfortunately left me in hospital with severe GI symptoms, but the exposure helped me overcome my fear of actual vomiting. I now stress about the consequences of it, phoning into work last minute, change of plans, loosing sleep etc. 99% of the time I feel nauseous during the night I am never sick, but it’s honestly draining that more nights than not, I am up scanning for signs of sickness in myself and others. How can I at least help myself in this situation? When it flares up badly, what are some coping mechanisms I can use or try? I always get worse when I’m away from home too
