I am looking for a subletter (ideally late 20s and female/femme) to occupy a room in this amazing 2BR + 1 Bath + 1 office in crown heights. $2150/mo.
It’s the top floor of a renovated brownstone and steps from brower park. Near the A/C train at Kingston. The bedrooms are queen-sized, there are skylights in the living room, in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, central AC+ heat, and the landlords are really amazing and kind people. There's also a third room (office/lounge, currently used as music studio). Overall it’s a great opportunity.
I currently have a cat so not looking for any more pets!!!!
