They said we both need to be there for a trade in despite the other party not being able to be there due to health reasons and the title still giving the option of “or”. any recommendations of what to do? I really don’t want to have to pay to retitle and register the car i’m about to give them and i’ve already paid for the shipping fee on the car im buying🫠
