So I’m in a weird situation with Best Buy and wanted to see what people think.
I ordered an item from Best Buy with same day delivery, and apparently they used Roadie for the delivery. The item never showed up, so later that day I went to the store myself and explained what happened. They checked everything and ended up giving me the item in person.
What was weird is that after I picked it up, I never got any confirmation email, delivery notification, or anything saying the order was completed. About a week later, I randomly got another email saying the same item had shipped. A couple days later, another brand new one showed up at my door.
Now I basically have 2 of the same item even though I only paid once. Has anyone dealt with this before? Would Best Buy let me return the duplicate for a refund/store credit or is that just going to create issues since technically it was their mistake? Wondering if I should even bother trying or just sell it instead.
