Hey everyone,
I’m trying to understand the salary progression for Relationship Managers

What are the typical salaries for:
RM – Business Markets
RM – Commercial Accounts

At different levels (entry, mid, senior)?
Also:
How big is the gap between Business Markets and Commercial?

At what point do you usually cross 100k+?

How much of comp is bonus vs base?

Would really appreciate any real numbers or personal experiences 🙏

Hey everyone,
I’d really appreciate some honest advice from people working in banking.
I recently graduated with a Bachelor and a Master in engineering, and I decided to enter the banking industry through the banking advisor role and I’ll be starting soon.
I know BA is more of a retail/sales-focused role, but my goal is not to stay in retail long-term. I mainly took it as a way to get my foot in the door.

My goal is to move to commercial or corporate banking, working directly with companies on financing decisions.

What’s the most realistic path from BA? which roles should i target?
would really appreciate some advice
