So i have 2 yoe as a SDE in a service based company and i am looking forward to a switch.

I am already learning and planning to apply end of year.

But is it easier with recruitment firms because just applying blindly to a few openings feels pointless.

Is a recruitment firm necessary or not?

If yes which are the best ones in tech. I am also open to TRAINING + recruitment.
