Bought a 1994 80 series landcruiser. Did I get a good deal?

I bought a 1994 triple locked 80 series for 7k did I get a good deal?

3 owners
260k miles
No rust (California owned)

Needs:
-Tires
-Suspension
-New coolant hoses
-Birfield rebuild soon
-Oil pressure gauge doesn’t work
-eventually a paint job (it’s 30years old)
-Headlight and taillight bulbs

I just bought a 94 landcruiser. 260k miles, its been sitting for 2 years but runs and drives well. What are some things I should do before I drive it. Plan to make it an off road/weekend car.

So far my list is:
-check all fluids
-check date on tires
-Change air filter and clean air box

I know very little about mechanic stuff but am excited to start learning
