I've noticed some redness downstairs and it's kind of burning and a little bit itchy, it feels a little bit moist, doesn't smell like anything but maybe sweat. have no idea what it is..

I've excercised pretty much lately and I've had a chafing near this area (inner thigh and on the side of the scrotum) it was about a month ago after walking 100km's in a week but that went away fairly quickly (3-5days).
This kind of feels the same but I don't think it is.
This surely doesn't look like any std atleast as far as I know, but good to note that I have had unprotected sex with several women this year already.

Any ideas what this could be or if you've had similiar experiences?
