I parked on mass Avenue today. All of the spots in the app were designated as zone parking. You could not enter any individual space number. The app had me just registered my license plate number and pay for 12 hours. $10 what ever.

My car and the entire row of cars next to me all got tickets. What’s up with this scam? Now I have to contest my ticket with Indianapolis? The ParkMobile customer service is awful. They had zero solutions and wouldn’t even look into the app.

The boxes to pay at are all broken so you have to use the app.

Anyone else deal with this? Where’s their office to cover is poop?
