I was at Pavilions trying to pay for a customer’s order using the code that Instacart provides, but it wasn’t working. The app even prompted me to contact support. After some time, support told me the issue was fixed, but then instructed me to use the Instacart payment card through Apple Pay instead.

For context, this was a two-order batch. The payment code worked fine for the first (larger) order. The issue only happened with the second, smaller order (around $50), which I ended up paying for using the Instacart card via Apple Pay—not my personal funds.

After completing the delivery, I received a notification from Instacart asking if I needed a reimbursement, but that notification was for the first (larger) order, not the second one where the issue occurred.

Has this happened to you guys? What should I do?
The order was 128.22 bucks

He lives close to me so we would meet up and doesn’t have the receipt. And he sent me those two pictures because I asked him to.

What other pictures can I ask him to send me to verify if it’s legit or not
