This is my first time here, I'll just start off by saying I don't feel enough. I'm 16 160cm female, last year from June 2025 - December 2025 I was DEEP in my ED, eating about >!400cal/day or starving on some!<. I went from >!47kg -> 36kg!< and my thighs were >!16.5in !<(december 26th). I went to the doctor with my parents (own will because i didn't know how long i could live like this and started getting dizzy and stuff during church).

Since december 26th 'upped' my calories to about >!900cal/day MAX!<. It's not like im not trying, i am but it's very difficult. Since then in January and February my weight remained about the same, I also started taking BC pills in Jan Feb and March and had 3 withdrawal bleeds (period stopped from july) in March (stopped taking from march), my cycle returned to normal in april and i had my first natural one in months.. I gained weight from March and its above >!43!< but im scared to look and havent,idek when but my thighs went upto >!18.5in!<?? in april it went to >!19in!< and stayed constant from then. It's may and i started walking for 1hr 20 mins (only went for 2 days) because im overall happy with how I look except my thighs. It's constantly bugging me, all i want are >!17.5-18!<in thighs and I will be happy. I checked my thigh measurement the 3rd day and it was FUCKING >!19.5!<IN?? HELLOOOO??? What do i dooo? how does it just suddenly increase like that?? I just want >!17.5-18in!< 🙏 No but genuinely how does it just increase like that? am i eating too much? did my body slow down? did i wreck it? like what did I do, how am I gaining so much so fast

Any advice (pls i don't want any "you're overthinking or you're normal" this is literally my only body goal, reach >!17.5in to 18in!<.

Should I continue walking (10k steps) ? and when can i expect results if so..

I'd appreciate any advice I get :D
