How do I deal with an ex who won’t stop contacting me
I don’t know whether this is the right sub to post this or not, but I genuinely need some advice.
My ex-girlfriend (F24) and I (M25) broke up back in January after being together for 3.6 years, including being in a live-in relationship for around 1.5 years where we lived together in the same flat. The breakup completely destroyed me mentally. It was honestly the worst phase of my life and I went through severe emotional trauma after it.
Over the past few months, I somehow managed to rebuild myself. I even left my previous city and moved to Mumbai for a new job and a fresh start. Slowly, I started recovering, focusing on work, my health, my social life, and finally started feeling like myself again.
But for the last 15 days, things have become extremely stressful again.
She has been constantly calling me, my best friend, my mom, dad, and even my sister. She keeps calling from random numbers and from her friends’ phones after I block her. She calls all night from different numbers and because of that I’m barely able to sleep properly anymore.
I have clearly told her multiple times that I do not want to talk to her anymore or meet her again, but she still continues doing this.
She has even called my sister at 2 AM saying that if I don’t meet her, she will come to my house.
This entire situation is seriously affecting my mental health and my work. The hardest part for me is that when I was at my absolute lowest and needed her the most, she chose to leave. But now that I’ve finally started moving on and genuinely enjoying my life again, all of this has started happening.
I honestly don’t know how to handle this situation anymore. Has anyone dealt with something similar? What should I do?
