I know it’s 1 year but here’s the circumstances:

I signed my contract as an L4 in June of 2025
I hardship transferred to another site in October of 2025
My contract didn’t change, but it never states the date of when my FOT is done. It states that I must be at the site for a year and all that but would that be for my new site or going off of my original site?

Basically, Would my FOT be finished in June or October of this year?

I’ve been an AM for 10 months now and have recently been thinking about taking advantage of the new Career Choice option for salaried positions.

Has anyone here gotten an available certificate and think it’s worth it?? Any feedback is helpful 😊
