My B12 is at 81. Ive never been able to take B12 due to my reactions (psychosis and suicidal thoughts). However it's getting so bad we're considering sedating me before giving me a loading dose of B12 to see if that helps but it seems these reactions last awhile when starting B12 and obviously I can't be sedated for months....has anyone found a fix to this
