I had a subtenant lined up for my downtown room near campus and college, but they backed out last minute and I'm not sure what to do anymore. Are there any options available to still find someone at this point?
Hi, I unfortunately had a subtenant back out last minute, so I am urgently looking for anyone interested in a summer sublease. Room is in a nice area and comes furnished, the house is shared with four other students, but has multiple bathrooms and fridges. The lease is for 950$ a month with all utilities included, but I can do a discount on that for anyone interested. Happy to share more details and answer any questions.
