Should I rip this points haul

I have been waiting for a good 1,000 point reward but I’m literally NEVER fast enough to get them, so I’m thinking about just using my points to grab these things because I would use all of them. Should I rip it?

UPDATE: Based on y’all’s advice I went to pull the trigger and got denied bc I am a big dummy and thought rewards shipped free 250+ points, not 750+ points (neglected to read). I am on a no buy so I couldn’t convince myself to buy $25 of anything because there’s nothing that I need right now. So it looks like I’ll be waiting for a 1,000 pointer! This would have been a good one though… just not in the cards

I’m looking for inspo photos on Pinterest for my bridal makeup and can’t tell if this lady is real and flawless or if she’s AI. She has the extremely smooth skin and super bright eyes that make me think AI, but this photo looks more natural than most AI-generated photos I’ve seen and only kind of has that weird lighting? But not fully? I really can’t tell if this is a very flawless woman or really convincing AI. I just don’t want to embarrass myself by sending my makeup artist AI inspo photos 😭

I never know what to get my mom for Mother’s Day since she’s so particular and doesn’t really like makeup and perfume gifts, but I decided to grab her this shark chillpill because I’m so intrigued by it and she gets terrible hot flashes so I think she’ll appreciate it! I love that I’m earning points on it and I got the CH GWP, which she will most likely not like and let me have (score!) I never shop Ulta for Mother’s Day but I’m feeling good about this one

I have been EYEING this sun safety set even though I’m supposed to have banned myself from buying post-sale. I’m very acne-prone and am very cautious with most skincare products but I love, love, love trying new spfs. Did anyone have any bad experiences with any of these spfs? Only thing holding me back from purchasing is that many of these options might break me out. I use Haruharu wonder airyfit spf every day, I have also tried the innisfree chemical spf and that was great. An example of an spf that wasn’t good for me was the Beauty of Joseon original relief sun. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!!

Hi all. I (25F) have been working as reporter for nearly 4 years now. I recently switched to a GA position and short-form news after covering a beat that I loved for quite some time, where I was focusing on long-form coverage. I had to go GA because my partner and I had to move back home to care for a terminally ill family member, and the GA job was what was available. After nearly a year I feel like a terrible journalist. I feel like I’m constantly moving from one story to the next, and things fall by the wayside so often. I miss emails from sources in my rush. I have even missed an interview that I scheduled because I lost track of what I was doing in the week. I’ve had to publish more corrections this year than in my entire career. I had never had a significant correction before getting this job. I am not as passionate as I once was about my beat work, and I feel like I’m becoming a worse journalist. I am tired and just don’t know how to cope with this. Maybe it’s just because I have ADHD and GA moves too fast for me, or maybe I’m burning out. I’m not sure. I just know that I feel like a bad journalist and I wish I didn’t make so many mistakes all the time. Whatever resources you have to help with feeling this way would be much appreciated. I am already on meds and in therapy.

EDIT: Thank you all so much for your kind words and advice, they helped me so much. I think this is just a case of getting some better organizational tools in place and giving myself some slack. I appreciate you all very much, feeling thankful for this community.
