I'm struggling with a gaming issue with my PC, for context i only play one game: league of legends, so it's not the most demanding game, but i still get low FPS, especially during teamfights

I bought it quite recently, and changed a couple of parts(it's still a very low budget pc tho)

The specs are:

CPU Xeon e3 1241 v3

GPU RX 580 sapphire

16gb ram ddr3 1600 MHz

socket 1150

My question is, does someone have a similar old build? any tips i can do to make it run better?

Is it worth improving any parts or just get a better one?

Is this the worst season we've had so far? so many issues

The ranked ladder got absolutely messed

The client bugs on a daily basis

The servers are down at least twice per week

I don't know what to say anymore, but this season been the worst by far, at least for me personally.
