Okay so ….. i have dark hair with … a bunch of gray ( mostly in the front). I decided to get highlights last year professionally to help blend my gray. It didn’t come out great, way too warm to blend any gray. So then bc it looked so bad she smudged the root ( is this the right word) with a color that matches my natural hair. I then continued to cover my roots with permanent color for about 6 months- I did not bring it through the lengths of my hair…… present day I haven’t touched dye since October,
I have gray coming in then a band of dark color then my highlights. I really want to avoid going to a salon…. Can someone help me? I don’t mind sending a pic. I’m a mom with young kids and I’m very overwhelmed in general and this is sending me over the edge lol. Thank you!
