10 months of trying and everything is hellbent on being negative.
Saw my mom for the first time in months and she asked me if I was still running (I’ve been an avid runner for 12 years)…I confirmed “yes” and she quipped “oh, I just thought you’d be skinnier if you were running so much”. Had a good cry, walked my dog, and now I’m leveling up to a new arena of self-hate.

Lucky Charms, popcorn and dates. Eaten over the counter by the fistful like a rat.
