I made a previous post and still didn’t order the 900 Pro X. I found a DT 1990 Pro MKI for 70$ more (used in great condition).

Which one should I go for?

Hi. I’am upgrading from Audio Technica M50x and have never used an open-back headphone before. The main purpose is for mixing and mastering. Which one is good, the 990 or 900? (as Pro X versions). I heard some good things about DT 770 Pro but would love to try the open back headphones

Hello. I have a severe subtype of DPDR that started to improve slowly over December/January until I had a motorbike accident in February which had no major impact in me (My head was not touched and I had no TBI). The accident wasn’t major but since then I’ve been stuck in a constant survival mode, I can’t sleep before 1 AM and even if I do. I get awake by 3 AM - 4 AM. Basically sleeping 3-4 hours and waking in a hyperarousal (high adrenaline and feeling wired) And then crash back hours later into getting sleepy.

I also feel like my breathing patterns got dysregulated. I don’t get the high ‘big’ inhale automatically anymore. My breathing patterns feel very low I don’t know how to explain it

Please I would appreciate any advice especially since all of my DPDR symptoms got worse (derealization, emotional numbness etc)
