My computer decides to start lagging out after about an hour of it booted up.
It doesn't matter what im doing, sitting on the desktop, playing games, watching a video, it just ends up lagging.
By lagging i mean it looks like my mouse is moving at 1fps across the screen, any game i have open looks like it drops to 1 fps, (diablo 4, overwatch, runescape etc).
I've ran every test i can thing off and nothing seems to have worked.
i've ran stress tests on the cpu, gpu and ram through hwsinfo and OCCT (Hwsinfo showed no signs of any pc part redlining everything was within normal range).
I've ran ccleaner to clean up the registry and any corrupted files.
I've done the sfc scannow stuff
My system is windows 11 with 32gb ddr4, RTX 3070 gpu, ryzen 9 3900x cpu.
My computer will work fine after i restart it, but then no more than an hour later, sometimes less, it just starts lagging out again.
It appears to have been getting worse over the last few days to the point the mouse stops moving, then suddenly jumps to another part of the screen.
Please help i don't know what to do and it's giving me high blood pressure, it's absolutely infurating me and i don't know how to fix it !
