I think I just found the holy grail on marketplace

So I was scrolling through marketplace and since 1 am a huge Jurassic Park fan, I casually look at 90s era wranglers so I can make a replica from the movie.

I stumble across this post and I assume the price is a clickbait price, but this person is giving away 2 jeep wranglers, one 93 and one 94 for $5,000 total WITH extra parts included. One is in pretty crap condition, but the other is pretty well maintained.

I don't know much about cars. I know the basics as most people do, I know that rust is extremely bad on wranglers (especially old ones), and that's pretty much it.

Fellow jeep enthusiasts, I need to know what kind of things I would need to look for if I were to purchase these. I'm well aware this is a very good deal, but like I said I don't know much as of yet considering I haven't even started a jeep project yet. One major question I have is on the 93 (green one). I spot some rust on that one, are those spots of concern? Can they be easily repaired? I'm not REALLY concerned about the 94 red one since it's basically a parts car, especially with the frame rust.
